Chapter 6

What had I been so worried about?

Apparently, JD wasn’t afraid of sounding slutty, either, because he said, “I’m always prepared.” I didn’t know if it was good or bad to be with a guy who was always prepared for sex—but now my brain was being a hypocrite. In the back of my mind, I thought that a guy who was “always prepared” could have been a boy scout but, more than likely, he was either a gentleman—meaning he was a considerate guy who’d never wanted to get caught with his pants down, so to speak, because one could never predict when the love or lust of one’s life was about to breeze on in and he would need to make love to her as soon as he discovered her—as if leaving his indelible mark on her.

Or he was a slut who knew that disease ran rampant if you fooled around too much without protection. It would be foolish to stick your cock unsheathed into every hole that presented itself to you, but I supposed that, if I were a guy, many of them would be hard to resist. So a condom in one’s pocket at all times would be a necessity. And who was I to judge, especially when I’d been worried that he might be thinking the same thing about me?

Still…in one corner of my mind, I suspected it was the latter, even though I would have wished for the former. Either way, I was going to push that stupid thinking out of my head so I could enjoy the moment. I just needed to relax and let it happen.

When JD kissed me again, I was pressed up against the wall. There was something about feeling pinned by a strong yet gentle man that made me melt, and JD was utter perfection. When his lips left mine once more, I noticed that he already had a condom in his hand. I wanted to grab it from him, impatient and needy, and slide it over his dick myself because he wasn’t fucking me fast enough…but I had to cool it. I was seriously out of control.

Finally, he rolled it on and then he lifted me up, holding me at the waist. Slowly at first, he slid inside me.

It was agonizing.
